Terms of Service

By allowing Something Special Photography to take your photograph, you are hereby agreeing to a model release. As all photos can and will be used and be on display for Somehting Special Phtographys website, social media and gallery.

Any and all photgraphs are not to be altered after delivery, they may be cropped down or blown up but there are to be NO permanant changes made to them.

There will be a non-refundabe $20 deposit fee when booking with Somthing Special Photgraphy. On the day of the Session, once completed, I will apply that to your total cost for the session. FULL payment is then needed 24 hours after our session, if payment is not made in full by then, it will VOID our agreement and I will not edit or create the clients gallery.
